Chhori Chhari (or Chhora Chhori) means ‘sons and daughters’ in Nepali, and that’s exactly who we look after! Our foundation has been running unofficially for many years. After the 2015 Earthquake struck Nepal our directors decided it was time to make it official and the Chhori Chhari family was formed.

The foundation endeavours to help children who are often forgotten and left behind, living in the margins of society. Currently running several projects, Chhori Chhari caters for around 300 children ranging from the street kids of Kathmandu to children in remote villages in rural Nepal. We work in conjunction with several NGO’s in Nepal, providing food, shelter, schooling supplies and the occasional emergency aid in order to provide the children of Nepal with a better, brighter future. We assist the local community by funding and supporting existing projects and empowering local community leaders to further implement change within Kathmandu and surroundings areas.

Chhori Chhari is also involved in modest support for three Street Vans in Australia and donation of rice to Cambodian families through an organisation called Cambodian Cocoon.
